Tune Ups and Overhauls

· Basic Tune-Up…………………$59 – E-bikes/Trikes +$20 

(Includes adjustment of brakes, derailleurs, bottom bracket/crankset, all

 working parts torqued and chain is lubed. Wheels are also “spot-trued” on the bike Bike is wiped down to inspect for cracks and/or damage.)

· Advanced Tune-Up…….$110/$130 (Full Suspension) – E-bikes/Trikes +$20

 (Includes everything from the “Basic,” plus the wheels are removed and

 precision trued in the truing stand, the drive-train is completely removed,

 cleaned and re-lubed), frame is cleaned and inspected.

· Pro Overhaul..……..$199/$229 (Full Suspension) – E-bikes/Trikes +$20

(Includes everything from the “Advanced Tune-Up,” plus the bike is completely disassembled and all bearings are cleaned/repacked or replaced. New bearings are not included in labor rate).

E-Bike Service

We are always happy to get you back on your bike, even if you didn’t purchase it from Woodland. However, with the vast varieties of E-Bikes in the world, there are some we cannot except for electronic service.

We work on electronic issue and electronic diagnosis on the following drive systems only.

• Shimano,
• Bosch
• Bafang
• MAHLE
• Fazua

If your ebike has a drive system not listed above, we would be happy to address the mechanical issues with the bike (drivetrain, brakes, wheels, etc.), but unfortunately will not service or repair the electronics. If your drive system is not listed above, please remove the battery from the ebike before bringing it in for mechanical service.

*Bikes that are excessively dirty will be subject to an additional $25/bike cleaning fee for tune-ups.

What is “excessively” dirty?

*Bikes that are covered with hazardous material, (bird droppings, mold, etc.) will not be accepted for any service.

*Bikes left for more than 30 days after call-back will be subject to a $10/week storage fee unless agreed upon prior to service. We’re very flexible, just let us know your schedule first!
